This page explains how Render Design handles personal information provided through this website and how optional analytics works. It is a summary of the website's current implementation, not bespoke legal advice.

2. Information you provide
When you use the website review or enquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number and website URL where supplied.
3. How we use enquiry information
Render Design uses submitted information to receive and respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about it, and take steps you request in relation to a potential engagement. For information you intentionally submit, this is done to respond to your request and take steps before a potential contract or engagement.
4. Web3Forms
Website-form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms so that the enquiry can be delivered to Render Design. You can read Web3Forms' privacy information.
5. Website analytics
Render Design uses Google Analytics 4 only when you choose to accept analytics. Analytics is optional and helps us understand how the website is used.
Where analytics consent has been granted, a successful website-form submission may send a generate_lead event. That event sends only form_location and page_path; it does not send your name, email address, phone number or website form contents. Read Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar storage technologies to remember your analytics preference. The preference is stored locally as render_analytics_consent. Google Analytics is used only after analytics consent is granted.
7. Your analytics choices
Analytics storage is denied by default. Choosing “Accept analytics” allows normal GA4 measurement to load. Choosing “Reject analytics” does not stop the website or enquiry forms working. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.
8. How long information is kept
Render Design keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage any resulting client relationship, and meet applicable legal or administrative requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
9. Who information may be shared with
Information may be processed through Web3Forms for form delivery. Google Analytics may process website analytics information after analytics consent is granted.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights under UK data-protection law to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, or to withdraw analytics consent. To make a request, contact contact@renderdesign.io.
